人類為抵御小行星的撞擊，拯救地球，在月球部署了月盾計劃。隕石提前來襲，全員緊急撤離時，維修工獨孤月（沈騰飾）因為意外，錯過了領隊馬藍星（馬麗飾）的撤離通知，以致一個人落在了月球。怎料月盾計劃失敗，獨孤月成為了「宇宙最後的人類」，開始了他在月球上破罐子破摔的生活⋯⋯

It is about the human to resist the asteroid impact to save the world and deployed the moon shield plan on the moon.

However, the asteroid comes early and the whole crew has to evacuate. Due to an accident, maintenance worker Lone Moon misses the evacuation notice from the leader Ma Lansing and left alone on the moon.
